Morrow County welcomed the newest business to the community on Wednesday, May 2nd, as they celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 20,000 square foot headquarters for Wellness Supply Group.
Wellness Supply Group (WSG) www.wellnesssg.com was founded in 2010 with one goal: to provide life-improving exercise therapy to those navigating the physical challenges of illness, injury and aging.
The link between exercise and quality of life is well established and we are proud of our role in helping individuals “feel different” by offering a range of options which help them to regain both daily living activities and improvements in strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Says Tim Duffey, CEO of WSG.
By providing affordable, innovative and high-quality exercise options for users facing life-limiting health or aging difficulties, our equipment delivers a “prescription of exercise” for increased independence over basic life functions through a graduated continuum of exercise therapy.
We are also passionate about providing quality customer service to our distributors. The principals of WSG have over 60 years combined experience in the medical, therapy, exercise and customer service fields which means we bring a substantial level of expertise to each and every customer interaction.
The 20,000 square foot facility is the newest development to occur in the Rock’s Edge Development. Rock’s Edge is a 200 acre mixed used development located at the interstate 71 and State Route 95 intersection. WSG will also house a distribution center, showroom, and wellness center offering an opportunity to use the equipment first hand and receive a great workout. Construction of the facility will take approximately twelve months to complete. The Wellness Facility will be located in 5,000 plus square feet of space and will be named Body Success. Body Success is planned to be a 24 hour access wellness center with staffing during peak daytime hours and during scheduled classes. Body Success will be offering Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Functional Training, Personal Training and additional classes, planned Physical therapy, Massage and Chiropractic care.
Commission Chair Burgess Castle, “Today is the latest example of companies wanting to invest and create jobs in Morrow County. We are excited to welcome the Wellness Supply Group and Mr. Duffey.”
WSG is planning to bring jobs to Morrow County. Mr. Duffey is working with the Morrow County Workforce Office to help market positions and identify ideal candidates. Resumes are being received at the Morrow County Jobs and Family Services office at http://www.opportunityjobnetwork.com/morrow/
