Ribbon Cutting at New Office Space
The OhioMeansJobs–Morrow County recently celebrated the opening of its new office space with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Morrow County Chamber of Commerce. Community leaders, local partners, and team members gathered to recognize this exciting milestone and the continued commitment to serving job seekers and employers throughout the county.
Although the office remains in the same building it has called home since 2002, the team has relocated to a newly-renovated floor designed to better serve the community. The updated space provides a welcoming, modern, and functional environment for individuals seeking employment services, career training and workforce support.
The ribbon cutting marked not only the unveiling of the new office but also highlighted the agency’s ongoing mission to strengthen the local workforce. Through partnerships with local employers, training providers, and community organizations, OhioMeansJobs–Morrow County continues to connect residents with meaningful employment opportunities and career pathways.
The office offers a variety of services including job search assistance, resume and interview support, career counseling, and access to training opportunities in high-demand fields such as healthcare, skilled trades, and transportation. Programs are also available for youth and young adults, providing paid work experience, career coaching, and educational opportunities designed to help them succeed in today’s workforce.
The OhioMeansJobs-Morrow County team expressed their appreciation to the Chamber of Commerce, county leadership, and the many partners who supported the transition to the new space. Special recognition was given to those who assisted with planning, renovations, and the move.
With its refreshed space and continued dedication to workforce development, OhioMeansJobs–Morrow County looks forward to welcoming community members, job seekers, and employers to the new office and continuing to support economic growth throughout the county.
